Session Information

Treatment sessions are uniquely individualized for each client, and may consist of a combination of Reiki and other healing modality techniques learned or developed over the years.  In addition, during each energy healing session typically two or three colors specific to each client are detected. These colors are associated with the various chakras within the body and how this applies to the client is discussed in more detail at the end of the session.  Treatments are gentle, holistic and involve no touch, but rather hands held a few inches off the body.  The client lies fully clothed and comfortably on a treatment table listening to relaxing music.  Sessions can help reduce chronic pain, reduce high levels of stress, balance energy levels, release stuck or buried emotions, improve insomnia, reduce anxiety & side effects from medications and medical procedures, and help to bring forth an increased sense of wholeness and connection to self and others. ​​​
